**PERMANENT PIN-UP BODY APART STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY**
At Permanent Pin-Up, we value both our clients' time and our artists' schedules. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all.
**1. Deposit and Reservation:** - A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment for a tattoo or permanent makeup service and $20 deposit for piercings. This deposit covers the artist's time and any design work involved. - Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
**2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:** - We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. - If you cancel or reschedule without a 48 hour notice of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
**3. No-Show Policy:** - If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
**4. Exceptions:** - We recognize that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider individual cases for possible deposit transfer to a rescheduled appointment.
**5. Late Arrivals:** - Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit may be forfeited.
**6. Communication:** - All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made through phone or text including your name, appointment time/date.
**7. Agreement Acknowledgment:** - By booking an appointment with Permanent Pin-Up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our cancellation policy.
